They introduce and summaries the deal, including what the competition has offered.
Client Introduction
After reviewing the client, purpose and amount, a meeting is held with the client and the property viewed.
Initial Due Diligence & Term Sheet
Desktop KYC and due diligence are completed. After which, a term sheet is produced.
Solicitor Instruction
If the term sheet is accepted, HoTs are produced, which, upon signing, instructs solicitors on both sides.
Full Due Diligence & Draft Loan Documentation
Full KYC and due diligence are completed. Draft loan documents are produced, and property due diligence is completed.
Deal Completes
Funds are requested, and the deal is transacted.
Monitoring & Redemption
The borrower is visited monthly or quarterly, and the loan is monitored. Upon final payment, a redemption statement is produced, and the deal is completed.
